Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery of all our products are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days (UK mainland). To reduce emissions and help protect our planet, all of the items on your order will be delivered together. excluding special orders, out of stock items or collection only items. Most of our products featured on our website are in stock, however some of the items are on back order with our suppliers / manufactures, which can lead to delays.
If you have a special order or an item on back order, you will be contacted by email to confirm the lead time and delivery date of the item. If you require further information regarding the delivery lead times of an item, please contact us before placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery partners and costs:
Small and medium parcels are delivered via delivery partners. Each item’s delivery cost is individually costed. This is calculated at the point of sale. Once the order has been accepted, you will receive an email detailing when your goods will be dispatched. Please allow 2-3 working days.
Larger items within a 25 mile radius of Wetherby may be delivered by one of the team or sub-contractors. These items will be delivered to doorstep as per our terms and conditions. Deliveries extending outside of the 25 mile radius, you will be contacted with a cost of the shipping prior to the order being accepted. Please ensure you measure your space correctly before confirming your order, as we are unable to accept responsibility for the non delivery due to the item not being able to fit. Be sure to consider staircases, doorways and any tight spaces, as your furniture may need to be manoeuvred through these spaces.
This does not affect your statutory rights, and if an item becomes faulty we will be able to offer a refund once the item has been returned.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14 days (from delivery) returns policy for online purchases. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in a resale-able condition for a full refund, less the original delivery costs.
Please note special orders are none refundable, therefore please ensure the item(s) will fit in the space, as we are unable offer refunds or exchanges.
In extremely rare occasions, an item bought online may be damaged in transit. All items bought online should be checked on receipt and if any items are found to be damaged or faulty, we should be contacted within 5 working days of receipt of the goods to advise of the issue. Please note damage claims made after 5 working days upon receipt of the goods are not valid and are none refundable / exchangeable. Therefore, please ensure you check all items upon receipt.
The above returns policy applies to items bought online, items purchased in our shop or other premises are exchange only.
How to make a return:
Please email email@example.com with your order number and any photos, if your item is damaged. We aim to be in touch within 48 hours of working office hours. Please ensure that you keep proof of the returns for your own records, as Jeremy Wood Accessories can not accept responsibility for any return items lost.
Refunds are usually proceeded within 10 days and the funds are returned via the original payment method.
